I’ve got something fun to mix things up a little: I wanted a chance to use my favorite hobby! Mixtapes are something I have been doing since I was seven years old and got my first Sony double tape deck/radio. As a result of this obsession, if you have known me longer than two minutes, then I have probably made you a mixtape at some point. I can’t help it.

So, I have decided that I am going give you a mini mixtape for every 10th Vinyl Veins blog. Sometimes they may have a theme and sometimes they may just be random songs that I just really like, but I want to share my love of them all the same.

You’ll be happy to know that I am very meticulous and passionate about my mixtapes. You never know; perhaps it could inspire you to make some of your own or find something new you might like. Mixtapes are such amazing creations, whether they are trying to say I love you, I hate you, I am trying to get over you, I’m sorry… Or, perhaps it’s just about listening to some good shit! Mixtapes make things happen. So, I hope you enjoy the songs as much as I do when they come up.

I would love to hear what you think. If you like what you hear, then feel free to comment! As always, keep listening, because you should appreciate your ears everyday. Enjoy!
